Countryside Code – 2021

The basic Countryside Code says that you should:-

Respect everyone

  • be considerate to those living in, working in and enjoying the countryside
  • leave gates and property as you find them
  • do not block access to gateways or driveways when parking
  • be nice, say hello, share the space
  • follow local signs and keep to marked paths unless wider access is available

  1. Sand Bags:
From Wednesday 18th March 2020 there will be a new supply of sand and sand bags at the Old Village School in Ewyas Harold. Please be aware that you will need to be prepared fill your own bags when you are there.
    Thank you EHGPC Clerk

  2. Why was there no Planning Notice displayed at the entrance to the proposed site behind Trappe House, instead of being hid away at the these entrance to the field. It is these two properties that will be most affected by this development, we would not been aware that this application had been submitted but for a tip off.
